De-learning what I had learnt previously

Using best option from what I now know to benefit more than just me
Physically:
Eating foods that are healthy to me and not at the cost of the Earth and other sentient beings.
Making sure I get enough sleep, but not too much (6 hours = centenarian possibilities).

My friend is having hard time with her inlaws (mother inlaw)and brother inlaw…who is causing her grief…she needs lower her stress level..any advice.?and she wants stop thinking about getting pregnant!thank you!

I don’t know anything about Egyptian football, but I can tell you now that those players you have mentioned above have never played in the Egyptian Premier League!
